Another successful build. We extended this family home meaning the owners are able to enjoy their home as it is  more suitable for the changing needs of their family. Extensions are always challenging thanks to a great team we brought this in on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction

The site for this project was extremely tight for the excavation process and construction machinery, putting the project in a high-risk condition and a complex operation category. 

In one part of the house, a secondary basement was constructed while the original house was retained and connected to the new structure.
